Nagy-Józsa Dorottya PCCIn short: Y2Y Ltd. (legal name Y2Y Hungary Kft.), based in Budapest and working across the EMEA region, is a Registered Services Partner in the Claude Partner Network. The Claude Partner Network is the partner programme of Anthropic, the company behind Claude, for firms that help organisations adopt Claude through consulting, implementation and training. We are the only Hungarian organisational development company in the network.
Why an organisational development company?
Because you cannot teach AI without understanding how people and organisations work. AI adoption rarely fails on the technology. It fails because leaders do not know what to expect, employees are wary of it, or nobody actually changes how they work day to day. That is our field: we have been developing leaders and teams since 2016, and we measure behaviour change.
What we do with Claude

Does this mean you have to use Claude?
No. Which AI tools you roll out is your decision. If you choose Claude, you work with a team that is part of the Claude Partner Network and uses it in its own work every day. If you choose something else, our method stays the same: we develop the human side and measure the change.
