PXT gives you a detailed picture of the respondent’s internal motivations, operation in the workplace and cognitive abilities. PXT is a 1-2-hour-long online test that is evaluated by an algorithm. The graphical analysis is explained in detail by a specifically trained expert in the framework of an oral presentation. The test is normative, which means that the characteristic traits are compared to a specific sample rather than a theoretical scale. In this case, the sample is Hungary’s active working population.
